Revised in 2024
Daffodil International University (DIU) upholds its commitment to gender equality and family support by providing both maternal and paternal leave policies. This policy ensures that all parents, regardless of gender, receive essential time off to bond with their newborns or support their families during significant life events. DIU's inclusive approach to parental leave underscores its dedication to fostering a supportive and balanced work environment, helping faculty and staff maintain a healthy work-life balance. This initiative is a key part of DIU’s efforts to promote equal opportunities and support the well-being of its community.
