DIU Mentoring and Counseling Center:
The DIU Mentoring and Counseling Center regularly organizes sessions, seminar, workshop and one to one counseling session where at least 10% of female students participate. The resident female students also get counseling and mentoring support 24/7 by official Psychologist.

In observance of World Mental Health Day 2024, DIU hosted a seminar and a workshop to promote mental well-being in the workplace. The events featured clinical psychologists and professors who shared insights on stress management, resilience, and work-life balance. These initiatives reinforce DIU's commitment to creating a healthy work and academic environment for its community, directly contributing to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being and ensuring a supportive atmosphere
Women's Health Awareness
The DIU Health and Fitness Club (HFC) promoted awareness for the International Day Against Breast Cancer, highlighting the importance of early detection and timely care.
Discussion on 'Communicating Inclusion: A Multidisciplinary Dialogue on Reducing Inequalities'
A panel discussion on 'Communicating Inclusion: A Multidisciplinary Dialogue on Reducing Inequalities' was held as part of the Curriculum Symposium – Summer 2025. The session, which was moderated by the Head of the Department of JMC, featured distinguished speakers from Bangla Tribune, Oxfam, and BRAC. This discussion on inclusion is a key step in promoting a more equitable society, which aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
