   Delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mustafa (Purdue University), this session emphasized teaching with warmth, empowerment, and care, placing value-driven mentorship at the heart of DIU's educational culture. New educators were trained to perceive teaching as a noble profession, cultivating a deep sense of purpose and social responsibility.
   
   

2. Learner-Centric Classroom Approach
   Conducted by Mr. Amir Hamza (HRDI), this training focused on inclusive, student-centric methodologies using physical and technological tools. The training introduced participants to a variety of AI-powered educational platforms and tools that can personalize learning, support formative assessments, and streamline academic management.
