Termination of Employment Due to Violation of Conduct Standards

This is for your kind information and attention that a written complaint has been filed by a female student against a teacher, alleging harassment. In response, an investigation committee was promptly formed to look into the matter. After a thorough investigation, it has been revealed that the allegations are indeed true.

As a result of the findings and in line with the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, with subsequent approval from DIU Management, the concerned teacher has been terminated from his service. We want to emphasize that such actions by a member of our faculty are unexpected and have a detrimental impact on the image of the university. The DIU Management has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment.

We would like to remind all members of the university community to remain vigilant and take precautions to avoid any unexpected situations. If you have any such information about an individual, please promptly inform the Chairperson or any member of the DIU Complaint Committee.
