  1. Programmes to recruit students/staff/faculty from under-represented groups

Daffodil International University conducts several programs to facilitate recruitment of the students, staff and faculty who come from the underrepresented communities. DIU also offers them flexibility for their attachment with DIU. The university has adopted various provisions for providing suitable facilities for these communities including the financial benefits. A few of these facilities and events are presented below.

Employing disabled people and persons from Underrepresented group at DIU Campuses

Daffodil International University hires employees with partial disability (physically challenged, visually impaired, other forms of partial disability and impairments) who are contributing to the university and society as a stakeholder. DIU actively promotes diversity and inclusion by employing individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds (Chakma, Marma). This commitment enriches the university’s community, fostering a culture of understanding and varied perspectives. DIU values the unique contributions of each individual, recognizing that a diverse workforce strengthens both the university and its mission to deliver inclusive education.
